All Its Steaming Glory

Down in San Diego, there is a Marine Recruiting Depot.  In real life AND on the TV show Gomer Pyle.  Opening credits were filmed here.  Now, don’t you just feel all educated, knowing that?  Thanks to my buddy Steve Cox for the snaps.

Also in San Diego on El Cajon BLVD in Northpark is the Hotel Lafayette where the “You lost that lovin feeling” Top Gun scene was performed inside, also if that is near Liberty Station that is another Top Gun Filming Location, and downtown San Diego is Kansas City BBQ where the end bar scene of Top Gun was Filmed.
