Whitney Houston was pronounced dead at 3:55 p.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2012
She was found unresponsive in room 434 of the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
Whitney had been seen drinking heavily at a party the night before It is also known that she was taking Xanax.
Her last meal was reportedly a hamburger, fries and a turkey sangritch.
According to TMZ, Whitney took a bath, and after an hour she hadn’t emerged from the bathroom. An assistant entered the room and found Whitney submerged in the tub. The gravy boat apparently contained olive oil, part of Whitney’s beauty regimen.
The hotel became more of a zoo, reporters converging. Brian Donnelly was on the scene and snapped these snaps as they crews gathered.
Whitney’s body was removed from the hotel and taken downtown for an autopsy. TMZ/Splash got this amazing photograph.
By Monday, the work was complete and her family was making arrangements to have Whitney’s body picked up for whatever memorial they are planning.

On Wednesday, April 4, 2012, the autopsy report was released. I’ll spare you the techy stuff – here is the most interesting:
She checked in to the Hilton on Monday, Feb. 6. She had a sore throat for a few days.
On Saturday around 1 p.m. her assistant left to go shopping, told Nippy to take a bath and prepare for the big party that night. Returning an hour later, she found Nippy face-down in the bathtub. Whitney was submerged for an hour in 93.5 degree water. Girl was scalded. Bad.
Assistant and Nippy’s bodyguard got her out of the tub and called 911.
In the room: a chair and a computer tower with a Fedora on top of it. A dresser with a mini bar. An open bottle of champagne. TONS of prescription bottles, old and new (filled at Rite-Aid, Walgreens and Mickey Fine in Beverly Hills), a beer on the nightstand and an ashtray filled with butts.
On the countertop were remnants of a white powdery substance, and a portable mirror on a base. Mmhm.
When detectives arrived, she was covered with a white linen sheet. The floor was soaked with water and the tub had about 12″ of water in it.
Whitney was bejeweled – on her right writs was a bracelet made up of a band of numerous white stones, and attached to the band was a cross made up of similar small white stones. A ring worn on the fourth digit of the right hand had a large white stone, possibly tinged yellow, with small with stones along the band. Each earlobe appeared to be pierced twice.
Kitchen detail: She wore a weave of short length dark brown hair or fibers and some highlighting. The front margin of the weave was in a position slightly back from the front hairline, revealing the woman’s natural head hair beneath it. Her natural hair was short, dark brown and kinky. Wig was snatched off her head and put in a brown bag and accompanied Nippy downtown to the Coroner.
The next day, Findadeath friend Alicia Ross found time today to take a snap of the mini-shrine at the front gates of Whitney’s home in Mendham, NJ.
By Saturday night, the trendy night-club tributes began.

Her uncompleted death certificate was released, with no official cause of death noted. It will probably take weeks for the tox tests.
On Thursday, March 22, 2012, Whitney’s cause of death was released.
Drowning combined with the effects of atherosclerotic heart disease and cocaine use.
Coke and water. Done.

The Grammy ceremony on the following evening was a Whitney suck-fest. I’m all for a good tear-jerking tribute, I am, but I actually became bored to death of her death. People who never met Whitney were called upon to comment on her demise. “I never met her, but I always heard good things about her.” psh.
In the meantime, Whitney was taken downtown to the LA County Coroner for autopsy. Her body was released and flown on a private jet (Courtesy of Tyler Perry) to the East Coast.
Her funeral was held at the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark.

Her funeral was a huge media event which I understand will soon be released on dvd for your enjoyment. A lot of Whitney’s personal items are going up for auction soon, and the family has emptied the hotel room of EVERYTHING… sheets, garbage can, towels… so no one else can profit from Whitney.

Whitney’s body was taken by hearse (thanks, Drie!) to be buried in Fairview Cemetery in Westfield, New Jersey.
Whitney was a grown woman who made her own choices. Much like with Anna Nicole, the people behind Being Bobby Brown took her on a very public ride to “doody-bubble land”. I think Brown will have a lot to answer for, karmically.

After hee death I watched two shows:
Bobby brown where he asks her to buy this watch for 400k! And she says “Bobby it’s a woman’s watch” and you can see she isn’t happy. It’s never a good idea to marry a child!
Then, the show after Whitney died whcih was disgusting. Bobbie Kristina was so overwhelmed with guilt they had to being hee to the hospital. The only person who insisted she be brought to the ER was the sister-in-law! Whitney’s brother did not give two shits about that poor kid! How rotten is it when you have a family like that!

Bobbi Kristina was discovered near-unconscious in her bathtub the night before Whitney’s death. She spent the night in her mother’s room because they were so shaken. The next night Whitney drowns in her tub. A few years later, Bobbi ODs, drowns in her bathtub, is revived but so seriously brain damaged she never recovers. Once might be an accident. Twice MIGHT be coincidence. Three??? BULLSHIT!
I suspected Whitney Houston had help getting into her bath. Now I believe foul play was involved all three times, and Nick Gordon was likely responsible.
Whitney Houston couldn’t go out on the street and buy drugs. Somebody was supplying her. Say she gets a bad bag or has the heart attack, Nose Candyman panics and ensures she can’t implicate him. In the case of her daughter – he was already in bad odor for domestic violence, and if she dies -well, hey, it worked once already, righht?!
Attempt on Bobbi Kris: perhaps to be adoptive (legality is irrelevant; there’s a long tradition of unofficial adoptions in the Black community) mom’s sole heir, or cover up that she was stoned and could say by whom. Or perhaps he just changes his mind and decides she will be easier to control than her mother (and was).
The bath water was hot enough to inflict second-degree burns on Whitney, and was stll scalding hot when its temperature was taken an hour after Whitney’s death. Also, Whitney’s entourage was puzzled about her decision to bathe because she preferred showers and didn’t like hotel bathtubs. Whitney is also neatly floating face down? If already bathing, she’d be slumped over or underwater face up. If she fell, she’d be more likely to tumble in sideways or have some limbs hanging out.
Bobbi Kris’’ bathwater was ice cold, and again, her face-down floating position. There was also a DUSTPAN in the bathtub with her.
Gordon used her ATM card while she was hospitalized to withdraw large amounts of cash.
I doubt certain Houston kin were all that upset over both deaths, particularly Pat Houston. They wound up with all the marbles. One reason Whitney didn’t go to rehab is because she was supporting almost her entire family. They all worked for her. It’s not in everybody else’s interest for Whitney to take time off, or cancel a concert date – much less an entire tour – or miss out on a lucrative special appearance. Whitney must continue working or the others will have to go get real jobs.
To the person above – Whitney wasn’t buried in all that jewelry. She was decked out in it for the family’s private viewing by her daughter, who chose tge pieces. The owner of the funeral home told the press she knew when the Enquirer photo was taken, meaning she either saw the culprit snap it, or Whitney’s appearance was changed. She’s wearing diamonds in that photo. Again – a greedy relative.
Police didn’t have much proof for anything to stick in a court case. Police don’t care all that much about folks who OD. Police really don’t care much about rich celebs who OD. Oh – and let’s not forget the victims’ race, either, especially in Rodney King’s homeland.
Just speculation, but it’s all logical.
SIDEBAR: It was only due to Whitney’s death that Bruno Mars took off into orbit! The entire Country watched and he was formally discovered; the rest is history!!!

There was another guy, Max Lomas, that Whitney took in when he was a teen like she did Nick Gordon. He dated Bobbi Kristina before Nick Gordon did. He is the one that found Bobbi Kristina in the bathtub. He also died from a heroin overdose in 2018. And Bobby Brown’s son from a previous relationship before Whitney also died either this year or last year due to drugs. His and Whitney’s family has been plagued by loss after loss due to drugs.
Bobbi Kristina was her only child.
