October 28, 1939 – January 8, 2015
I know that we’ll be happy for eternity…
Curtis had two hit records produced by Phil Spector. This one and “Under the Moon of Love.”
He co-wrote “Pretty Little Angel Eyes” with those two swinging mortal singers, Tommy Boyce and Bobby Hart.
After leaving the recording business he became a successful builder in Yuma, AZ where he was born.
He was in San Diego, CA for treatment. He died “after a long struggle with cancer.”
His funeral will be held on January 17th in the Champion Church in Yuma. He helped build that church.
